Customer Support Specialist with German w TopTalents, JELENIA GÓRA
For our client, we are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Support Specialist with German.
Your responsibilities:
- Daily contact with the customer by telephone and mail
- Travel consultancy through system
- Assisting travelers during unexpected travel difficulties
- After-sales service of customer inquiries, e.g. cancellations, complaints
- Introducing process improvements.
Requirements:
- Experience in the customer service area
- Fluent knowledge of German (min. C1)
- English min. B2
- University degree (bachelor/master)
- Three-shift work: Weekdays: 6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00, Weekends: 9:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00
- Two working weekends per month
