Responsibilities:
* Managing the QA department;
* Implementation of automated testing in the organization;
* Participated in the transformation of the organization's DevOps practices to CI/CD;
* Documenting and overseeing the testing process, including automated tests;
* Proper planning of tests for each sprint, documentation of tests (using TestRail), and their execution during the sprint (Scrum, Kanban);
* Planning and coordinating the QA team's activities;
* Identifying improvement opportunities.
