Our team in Essen currently has an opening for a Business Director (m/f/d) Homecare, I&I Europe (Brenntag EMEA Based)

Our Brenntag Beauty &Care EMEA division builds the link between Speciality Ingredients suppliers andproducers of Cosmetics and Cleaning Products and manages the Distribution ofSpeciality Ingredients and Value-Added Services. This position can be filled in any EMEA Brenntag location.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

TheBusiness Director Homecare, I&I Europe is reponsible for driving profitabletop line growth across the region. The role requires to manage customerrelationship development and sales execution. The Business Director Homecare,I&I Europe manages assigned Business Managers to maximizesales/profit, monitors activities & performance, and guide on convertingnew opportunities for existing customer and prospects.

  • Manage assigned Business Managers
  • Define/ execute sales strategy
  • Define/execute team targets
  • Monitor and report team performance
  • Review, guide and optimize pricing
  • Develop and maintain business/market intelligence
  • Develop business and new customers
