Become part of our internal Business Excellence Team, which takes care of INVERTO's strategic corporate development (Inhouse consulting)

VERY EXCITING FOR YOU.

Project management: You are jointly responsible for coordinating and supporting strategic projects within our three business excellence pillars (international expansion, internal excellence and management support and communication). You will ensure the success of the project through target-oriented project management and the implementation of standards. You will also take on partial responsibility for various project-related topics, including monitoring success.

Stakeholder management: As part of the Business Excellence Team, you will act as an interface between department heads, managing directors and INVERTO's top management and work closely with them. You will report to and work directly with the Head of Business Excellence.

Strategic corporate development: You will create qualitative and quantitative analyses and prepare the corresponding basis for decision-making for the specialist departments and the Executive Board. You will also help to prepare and follow up Board meetings and support the development of strategic topics.

Coordinating the Business Excellence Team: You will also be responsible for planning and organizing team meetings and calls.

VERY IMPORTANT FOR US.

You have successfully completed a degree in economics and have 3-5 years of professional experience, e.g. in project management. Previous experience in IT project management or process optimization is a plus.

You are an expert in the field of project management and strategic thinking, preferably you have gained experience in an international, dynamic environment.

You are well organized and structured. You also enjoy taking on responsibility in a highly professional and committed team.

You enjoy working analytically and conceptually. You have the ability to grasp complex issues and present them in a way that others can understand.

You have good language skills in English and German.
