We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Creative Director to join our dynamic startup team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the creative direction of our marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with our brand and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead our marketing creative team.
• Work closely with product design to ensure that we have coherent messaging between our marketing creatives and our product brand.
• Stay on top of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in creative production and incorporate them into our own.
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that creatives are tested, optimized, and delivered.

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years in the mobile advertising industry.
• Experience in leading creative positions, with excellent leadership and decision-making qualities.
• A KPI-driven mindset with excellent analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in analyzing large datasets and presenting insights in comprehensive reports.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership skills in leading and motivating team.
