The Data Privacy Program Manager, based in Wiesbaden, Germany, is accountable for leading delivery excellence of ADC Data Privacy projects portfolio within EMEA region.

Specifically,

  • That includes both coordination and tracking of all local data privacy projects, as well as hands-on management of high-profile regional data privacy programs related to e-Commerce, CRM, Digital, Marketing & Sales areas.
  • The Data Privacy Program Manager is both a powerful negotiator and a strong coordinator that works closely with functional business groups to understand their needs, local/EMEA/Global Data Privacy teams to understand limitations and IT delivery teams to find appropriate solutions to ensure solutions deployed are both fully compliant to relevant regulations and do support business goals and objectives.
  • Data Privacy Program Manager is fully capable to evaluate any relevant process gap within EMEA region, understand its impact/urgency, legal scope, potential solutions, relevant IT systems and processes, and then, prioritise the project, liase with relevant delivery teams and keep control over implementation resolving any relevant questions / issues.


The role is located in Wiesbaden (Frankfurt area) within the EMEAP Commercial Program Mgr Team and requires excellent project management skills within complex matrix environment and multiple stakeholders as well as understanding of GDPR/Legal framework and strong negotiation skills to work towards solutions definition in a sensitive area of Data Privacy.

Who are you?

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Legal or Master’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or Computer Science
  • Formal education and certification on project management skills (PMP/Prince2, PMI-ACP/PSM or LSS Black Belt) or Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification, or currently working towards these certifications is required
  • Knowledge in Health Care or MedTech or Pharma, ideally the Diabetes sector
  • Strong familiarity with project management standards and methodologies including PMI Body of Knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools and software (MS Project, JIRA/TFS, Visio, Work-Breakdown tools)
  • Knowledge of global privacy regulations, including but not limited to the GDPR, LGPD and CCPA
  • Excellent, proven project/program management skill required
  • Candidates must be fluent in English, German – preferred, additional languages are a benefit
  • The position requires the willingness to travel within Europe, Middle East & Africa and US (approx.. 10%)
