Employee Engagement Manager f/m/d, MÜNCHEN

To support our Employee Engagement team we are searching for a Employee Engagement Manager (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • You will be in charge of the of HR communication to our internal and external talents by using the autonomously developed high-quality content, written and visual with the usual tools

  • Ensure the editorial maintenance and further development of our internal social network

  • Communicate in a target group-specific manner (operations and corporate) in spoken and written in German and English (fluent)

  • Design, execute and draw derivations from a variety of Surveys through out the fiscal year

  • Support the Lead of Employee Engagement, the Chief People officer aswell as further senior leaders in designing and execution various engagement options targeting our team members

WHO YOU ARE


  • You are an independet, motivated selfstarter, able to handle various topics at once, while staying calm and polite

  • You are able to communicate with and on behalf of Senior Leadership

  • You find it easy to build up your own internal and external network

  • Fluency in English and German is a must for this role
