Head of Entertainment Creator Programme Management All Genders, BERLIN

Zalando’s newly formed Inspiration and Entertainment venture is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Creator programme as the Head of Creator Programme Management. This role is part of a new team at Zalando that will focus on embracing a new future, where every click unveils a new chapter in the evolution of online retail. As Head of Creator Programme Management, you will be responsible for driving the development, implementation, and management of our newly formed Content Creator programme. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of creator ecosystems, strong people leadership skills, excellent project management skills, and a passion for supporting creators in achieving their goals.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

You’ll develop and execute strategies to build our Creator programme, aligning with organisational goals and objectives.

Build a KPI driven acquisition strategy to attract new creators to the programme.

Build a team of creator partner managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure programme success.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with various teams including product, marketing, and strategic partnership to integrate creator needs and feedback into our platform's initiatives and help creators build a business on our platform.

Establish and maintain relationships with content creators, fostering a strong sense of community and advocacy.

You’ll oversee the planning and execution of creator events, workshops, and initiatives to provide educational and networking opportunities.

Analyse programme performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize creator acquisition, creator content performance and programme retention.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and evolve the Creator programme.

Build a programme to identify trends to capitalize on content growth opportunities.

Build a comprehensive creator marketing plan in cooperation with our marketing team to promote the Creator programme externally, using on and offsite channels.

You have proven experience (10 years) in a leadership role within a creator programme, influencer marketing, social media or related field.

Very strong understanding of digital content creation, social media platforms, and influencer ecosystems.

Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong teams and collaborations with internal teams, and external partners.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving positive change within the creator community.
