What you'll do:



  • Drive the growth of brand awareness, lead generation and engagement by using a variety of digital and traditional acquisition channels to generate interactions for our BDR organization.

  • Create and manage demand-generation campaigns that drive leads and sales, including email marketing, paid search, social media, and other digital marketing channels.

  • Own the webinar program, including direct, 3rd party, and partner webinars.

  • Develop multi-touch omnichannel programs to engage prospects.

  • Manage and optimize all aspects of our digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

  • Create KPI reports and dashboards that make it easy to gain insights to drive performance. Using data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand generation efforts.

  • Working closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and drive revenue.

  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on new technologies and techniques.

  • Identify and resolve challenges and conflicts within the demand generation process.


What you'll need:



  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation in a fast-growing environment. B2B SaaS is strongly preferred.

  • Strong focus on analysis driven marketing, data trumps opinions!

  • Excellent communication skills in English.

  • Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms; Hubspot preferred.

  • Experience with content creation for awareness and demand generation campaigns.

  • SEO/SEM knowledge.

  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • You have managed a small team and aspire to create a team player, with a positive attitude towards the workplace that rewards achievers.

  • Experience with and understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging channels to create demand.

  • Experience growing a database organically and generating warm leads for SDRs.

  • Creative, innovative, and resourceful, with the ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
