- You lead a team both professionally and disciplinarily and ensure constant professional development.
- You know the individual strengths of your colleagues and can staff them purposefully on the matching client projects.
- So as not to get rusty, you will also manage selected projects yourself.
- You navigate regularly on our strategic direction and operational excellence and derive measures that help us grow.
Requirements
What we expect:
- 5 years of experience creating valuable products for end-users and business (preferably digital agency background)
- Proven track record in delivering impactful products and projects for end-users and business
- Communications, UX, or technical background
- Analytical and conceptual skills, with an eye for success-critical
- Experience as a leader, with strong communication skills and decision-making ability
- Fluency in German and English
