    This position manages the customer implementations for the Client Medical – Surgical supply chain management technology solutions with customers across markets, including evaluating customer workflows, implementation planning, on-boarding processes, solution setup and onsite and remote trainings. Working with the sales teams, Technology Consultants and customers to establish workflow processes and ensure successful implementations.

    Day to Day responsibilities:

    · Plans and conducts project management activities associated with the implementation of Client Medical – Surgical customer technology solutions clients and internal resources at the client site or remotely

    · Coordinate and lead customer pre-implementation planning with conference calls and web casts

    · Establish customer workflows for various solutions for supply chain management

    · Develop and facilitate customer templates for individual organizational structures

    · Create and establish customer database and organizational setup

    · Provide best practices and recommendations for implementation

    · Coordinate and lead implementations with customers – direct one to one communications, onsite and remotely

    · Lead customer training and go live events for customer technology solutions for various markets

    Position Description:

    · Focus on both Primary Care and Extended Care customers for all ORBITS programs.

    · The purpose of this position is to lead and direct successful implementation services working with customers and the sales team for customer technology solutions.

    · Ensure that programs are implemented accurately and customer staff are trained appropriately to secure new business, build customer retention and penetration of existing customers for sales growth.

    · Drive process improvements for customers’ supply chain procedures.

    · Leads project management for the implementation of the business solutions in complex customer environments assuring the timely, accurate and quality completion of the implementation for our solutions. Partners with customers and Technology Consultants in planning and execution of supply chain workflow, establishment of interfaces and integration services, provides issue resolution, assessment of customer readiness, completes installation and trains appropriate customer staff.

    · Mentors and serves as subject matter expert for customers and internal resources.

    · Will lead multiple projects simultaneously and is the main point of contact for these customers. Provides recommendations on the process improvements related to implementation processes and leads the efforts to create improvements.

    · Provide feedback on product enhancements, product development, process improvement or best practice opportunities.

    · Support other customer technology implementations as needed.

    · 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementation

    · Working knowledge of the Primary Care and Extended Care market customers for all segments and other healthcare providers

    · Understanding of supply chain management principles

    · Exceptional communicator and customer interaction skills / service skills

    · Strong training and presentation skills delivered in person and/or through remote sales tools such as web casts and conference calls

    · Ability to communicate technology integration offerings

    · Intermediate understanding and use of Microsoft office to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

    · Health care supply chain knowledge

    · Results oriented, self-directed and motivated

    · Ability to assess situations and overcome objections

    · Ability to effectively work within a matrix organization

    · Ability to work well with team members and deal with people diplomatically

    · Analytical and trouble shooting skills with acute attention to detail

    · Create customer training materials and best practices documents

    · 50%-75% travel with customers
