Within this role yourresponsibilities and tasks will include:

• Bepart of the regional leadership team and take responsibility for drivingthe Roboyo Growth journey forward
  
• Developlong-term client relationships and help drive the business development andsales process for both new and existing clients
  
• Leadand deliver large, complex client engagements with a focus on automation,digital transformation, and operational excellence
  
• Leadteams to scope, plan, execute and deliver client engagements on time andbudget
  
• Bea trusted and strategic advisor to our clients to help them adopt an“Automation First” approach to maximize value from Intelligent Automation.
  
• Guideour clients to identify automation opportunities, evaluate the associatedadded value for our clients, and assist in the development of theirautomation roadmap.
  
• Coachand mentor Consultants and Consulting Manager
  
• Prepareand run client workshops
  
• Contributeto overall Roboyo thought leadership
  
• Bea visible leader in our global Consulting practices and support thestrategic and operational development and growth of our consultingorganization locally and globally
  
• Travel and meetings with customers as needed
  

Requirements

Experience, skills, andqualities you’ll need to do what you love at Roboyo: 

• Theideal candidate will be curious, analytical, and confident, with a natural“entrepreneurial” drive to find solutions and overcome obstacles
  
• Bachelor’sdegree from an accredited university with the strong undergraduateacademic record.MBA and/orAdvanced degree is preferred
  
• Minimum10+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years’ experience in aconsulting environment with business development and deliveryresponsibilities
  
• Ideallyexperience with Intelligent Automation and Digital Transformations
  
• Experienceleading or managing teams and change initiatives (especially in a projectmanagement role)
  
• Abilityto project executive presence and professionalism sufficient to interactwith C-level executives
  
• Demonstratesconsistent career progression with increasing levels of responsibility
  
• Exceptionalinterpersonal, team-building and communication skills
  
• Strongunderstanding of operation optimization, process analysis, process modelingor process automation
  
• Experiencein one of the following functional areas is advantageous: Finance,Purchasing, Marketing/Customer Relationship Management, Application Maintenanceand Support, Supply Chain Management
  
• Verygood MS Office knowledge, especially PowerPoint
  
• Willingnessto travel as required as required
  
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German and English
