I`m hiring an IT Security Compliance Manager for a prominent German bank specializing in corporate and institutional banking, as well as real estate financing. IT operates globally, offering a wide range of financial services, including project finance, structured finance, and capital market products. The company has a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, positioning itself as a trusted partner for businesses seeking reliable banking solutions tailored to their needs.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Managing technical coordination and providing guidance on implementing regulatory mandates, including interactions with supervisory authorities.
• Ensuring the quality of measures to meet regulatory obligations.
• Facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders, such as internal audit, external auditors, and supervisory authorities.
• Establishing and managing project documentation while reporting progress to management.
• Coordinating and supporting specialized departments in regulatory affairs.

This role is hybrid one day a week in Hannover.

Essential:

• 5 years professional experience
• Good practices in implementing ISMS
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, BSI, NIST and BAIT
• Good communication skills
• C1 German and English

Desirable:

• Certs e.g. ISO 27001 Lead Implementor, CISA etc.
