Tasks

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer (m/f/d) for our Data Analytics & AI team to design and implement ML pipelines as part of the team, which form the basis for data analysis and machine learning.

Your tasks will include:

• Development and implementation of machine learning models and data pipelines
• Optimization of ML models and algorithms
• Performing data analyses and interpreting the results
• Collaborating with other teams to understand and fulfill data requirements
• Supporting the development and implementation of data analytics & AI strategies

Requirements

• Completed university/university of applied sciences degree, preferably in STEM subjects or comparable
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar position
• Experience in handling Python, SQL, NLP and deep learning
• Ideally knowledge of Azure Kubernetes (or other cloud platforms) as well as Apache Airflow, MLflow and Labelstudio
• Experience in using LLMs, creating RAG solutions and LLM fine-tuning is a big plus
• Strong problem solving skills and analytical thinking
• Experience working with large data sets and databases
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts
• Independent and team-oriented way of working in a multicultural environment
• Very good knowledge of German and English
