Our team in Essen currently has an opening for a Manager Business Intelligence (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Go-to person for all relevant BI reporting topics of BSP
• 
  Design and build dash boards in different available tools to improve transparency on BSP level
• 
  Collect business needs from Global BUs and support them in providing the required transparency
• 
  Act as Central BSP contact point for DIDEX BI team
• 
  Closely collaborate with Supplier & Customer Excellence Team to provide transparency on supplier and customer performance
• 
  Support measurement, implementation and visualization of new KPIs

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Business or similar
• 
  7-10 years of professional experience in BI
• 
  Strong data visualisation skills, especially Power BI
• 
  Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• 
  Experience managing data warehouse and reporting infrastructure to help scale reporting needs while maintaining high-performance environment for reporting
• 
  Understanding of reporting and business intelligence best practices
• 
  In-depth knowledge and understanding of data governance best practice
• 
  Experience of successful and effective application systems leadership, project management, preferably within BI and ERP systems
• 
  International stakeholder engagement skills
• 
  Fluent in English
