YOUR ROLE
  • Drive the strategic roadmap, standardization, and execution of Key Account Excellence Global Program
  • Drive global implementation and scale existing transformational tools, frameworks and methodologies
  • Assess, optimize and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify, develop, test and roll-out new applications/tools and processes to elevate the program to a state of excellence
  • Provide input to the Key Account Excellence training curriculum
  • Collaborate & manage change with key stakeholders across SBUs Sales Excellence teams, Global & Regional Key Account managers, central functions to ensure seamless development and integration of Key Account Excellence initiatives
  • Build Global Key Account community, capture and integrate internal & external customers feedback, drive benchmarking to refine and enhance Key Account Excellence strategies
