This job is a mix of marketing, AI-based content and project management.

General requirements

Language : Full working proficiency in German and English.

Residence : Based in Germany.

Work location : Remote, with regular team meetings in Munich. Munich/ Bavaria-based candidates will be appreciated.

Education level : Bachelor’s degree, vocational training (Ausbildung) or equivalent in marketing / communications / economics / etc.

Your responsibilities:

As a marketing manager , you will develop strategies, concepts, and ideas to achieve a sustainable marketing impact both for the FitTech Club and our yearly Summit. Specifically, you will support us in building up the marketing funnel with the goal of creating a high number of qualified marketing leads.

You will make your hands dirty and will be working on marketing initiatives such as content marketing (newsletter and the freshly launched FitTech Club podcast ), social media marketing ( LinkedIn as the main channel), website updates and more. We strongly encourage you to use AI in your daily operations.

Project management and coordination:

As a project manager, you will maintain an overview of initiatives and ensure timely implementation. Even in hectic situations, you will keep a cool head and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to deadlines.

You will be responsible for task distribution within the team, briefing colleagues from other departments, and serving as their direct contact person.

Your work style is characterized by reliability and attention to detail. The team can rely on you 100%.
