As Marketing Associate, this role is responsible for supporting the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialist to deliver B2C/B2B Campaigns to drive revenue for the DACH market.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


- Support the delivery of all B2C campaigns, to drive revenue and build brand awareness across print and digital channels.


- Support the B2B team to deliver Trade partner marketing activity signing off against brand guidelines with the support of the Marketing Specialist and Global Brand Team.


- Support the Marketing Specialist and B2B team to deliver HX events.


- Manage the social plan day to day, and work with global social team and agency to ensure consistent delivery of content and messaging aligned with the goals/focus of the DACH market.


- Support the production of all assets for every channel where needed, and for B2C/B2B where relevant, including TV, radio, print, advertorials, digital assets for social, programmatic, YouTube, Paid Search.


- Support the production of the brochures for B2B and B2C utilizing globally developed content.


- Work with the global CRM teams to deliver global and tactical emails to drive revenue across B2B and B2C.


- Work with the global CRM team to deliver data for Direct Mail campaigns.


- Work with the global eCommerce teams to support updating content for campaigns across home page, campaign pages, offer pages and destination pages.


- Review the website regularly to check that content is correct and relevant.


- Use GA and Power BI to support the senior marketing manager to deliver reports for trade meetings, and any other regular reporting that is required.


- Responsible for signing off translations as required.


- Support the implementation of all partnership activity for HX – third party, charity and media (B2B & B2C).


- Work closely with the senior marketing manager and marketing specialist to deliver annual campaign plan.

Academic and Professional Qualifications:


- BSc in business/marketing, or other relevant fields


- 2-4 years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within the travel industry in the German market


- Strong experience of content/creative execution


- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders


- Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines


- Flexibility to travel as required


- Excellent written and spoken English & German


Additional Knowledge & Experience:


- Expert within creative design and delivery


- Good knowledge of marketing agencies, printers and mailing services


- Commercial focus to promotional copy writing


- Demonstrated experience with MS Office, artwork design software, Salesforce/Marketing Cloud or experience of similar systems

- Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness, partnership delivery and revenue metrics, providing regular reports, feedback and analysis to senior management.


- Utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
