Responsibilities:

• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Produktionsablaufes unseres Teppichwerkes
• Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Produktivität, Qualität und Termineinhaltung
• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der ca. 30 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) im Verantwortungsbereich
• Optimierung von Produktionsabläufen und Sicherung der effizienten Auslastung der Fertigung
• Unterstützung bei der Budget-, Kosten- und Investitionsplanung einschließlich der Auswertung von KPIs
• Einhaltung und Förderung des Arbeits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutzes

Qualifications:

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) / Meister (m/w/d) oder alternativ umfangreiche Erfahrung im produktiven Bereich,
  bestenfalls Textil
• Erste Führungserfahrung
• Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift wünschenswert
• Unternehmerisches und Ergebnisorientiertes Handeln als auch ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigeninitiative
