Job Description

  • As a Senior Automotive Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key global accounts in the automotive sector, focusing on ADAS, infotainment, powertrain and body electronics applications.
  • You will lead a team of global account managers, who will report to you and support you in delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with our engineering, marketing and product management teams to identify customer needs, propose solutions, negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • You will also monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback, and provide input for product roadmap and strategy.
  • You will report to the Director of Automotive Sales for Europe and be part of a regional sales leadership team.
  • Managing and leading a team of remote employees.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development or account management in the automotive industry, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics domain.
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
  • A strong technical background and knowledge of automotive applications and standards, especially in ADAS, infotainment, powertrain and body electronics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to influence decision makers at various levels.
  • A self-motivated, proactive and customer-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A willingness to travel frequently within Europe and occasionally to other regions.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business or a related field.
  • Fluency in English and at least one other European language.
