Senior Manager Controlling and Consolidation m/f/d BU Pharma & Nutrition, OBERURSEL

Focus of the role:

Financial management incl. Planning, Reporting & Analysis of Non-P&L Items (Cash Flow, FTEs, etc.) of BU Pharma and Nutrition.

Your main tasks

• Cash Flow Management
  • Develop a comprehensive Cashflow Reporting to provide increased transparency in monthly and quarterly reviews
  • Analysis and reporting of main Non-P&L items (Net Working Capital, Capex) from an overall BU perspective identifying trends and explaining deviations from Budget / Forecast
  • Act as a counterpart for regions, countries, and productions plants as well as corporate departments to collect and compile cash flow items for both BUs
• Reporting
  • Setup a global FTE Reporting by country and function
  • Drive proactively plan-actual analysis and be able to explain deviations
  • Challenge planning of open positions and align on personnel cost, staffing and phasing
• Projects and special topics
  • Support the development of a standardized reporting framework (P&L, B/S, FTE, etc.) for both BUs Pharma and Nutrition
  • Perform impairment testing and EU taxonomy / ESG reporting
  • Help to develop and optimize core financial processes (e.g., assist to introduce a new planning and reporting tool

Your profile

• Master´s degree in economics, business administration, finance or similar
• Proven professional experience (at least 3 years) in a multi-national matrix organization within life science, pharmaceutical or healthcare sector, with focus on Controlling and Finance activities
• Experience in FP&A and/or Cash Flow Management
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to aggregate complex data sets to consolidated statements
• Excellent skills in MS Excel and Powerpoint, ideally combined with experience of the most common SAP modules (Business Warehouse, Analysis for Office)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, andthe ability to workin an international team
