The successful management of a company like TRKKN requires a lot of legal background knowledge. To recognize potential legal problems at an early stage, develop solution strategies and present these strategies to the management staff in order to prevent legal disputes from arising in the first place - are some of the main tasks as our Senior Manager Inside Sales & Contracting. And the responsibility goes far beyond this.

Who you can become with us…
We are seeking a person who wants to be part of our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for the contracting and legal aspects of our sales activities. With your consulting expertise you will lead TRKKN to a great, legally compliant and successful future. Your tasks include:

  • Legal & Framework:
    • Maintenance of Templates and Contract Framework: You will be responsible for keeping our contract templates and legal frameworks up to date and developing them continuously.

    • Reselling Framework: You will support our reselling team in creating and managing contracts.

    • Contracting:
      • Contract Drafting and Internal Consultation: You will support creating contracts and provide legal advice to internal stakeholders.

      • Process Management: You will optimize our contract processes for efficiency.

      • Google Backend: You will work with our Google-based contract management system.

      • Governance:
        • Leads and Opportunity Distribution: You will coordinate the distribution of sales opportunities within the team.

        • Contracts and Pre-Contracts Monitoring: You will keep track of ongoing contracts and negotiations.

        • Compliance and Approvals: You will ensure that all activities comply with legal regulations.

      • Across all tasks, you will collaborate as much as possible with our group companies local and global legal counsel.

        The person we are looking for…

        Has a degree in business studies, business law or a comparable course of study

        Brings solid knowledge of contract law, both in the context of purchasing and the sale of (IT) services etc., ideally in the professional services / software & tech environment

        Enjoys constantly proving her/his negotiation skills and can engage with customers on an equal footing.

        Speaks and writes german and english in a proficient way

        Prior experience with SaaS/Software reselling will be a plus

        Is a very structured person and has very good knowledge in Project Management

        Brings also the capability to moderate legal & contractual consultations in a customer call and can stand up against our own legal framework if needed
