As our (Senior) Marketing Manager, you will...
  • provide sales support by understanding the lifecycle of vivenu customers and identifying opportunities for growth and optimization. In this capacity, you will work cross-functionally with sales, customer experience, product, and marketing to meet ambitious growth targets, train new salespeople about the product marketing material, and manage content for our sales team to access and use, such as document organization and retrieval. In addition, you will build custom sales material, proposals, RFPs, RFIs, annual review documents, and case studies
  • design outbound marketing campaigns & measure their effectiveness by running marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives in collaboration with the sales team for specific customer verticals and/or decision-maker profiles end-to-end. Your will leverage Hubspot to measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale. In addition, you will investigate and test new channels to communicate with our existing customers (on a project basis) and identify the most valuable and effective channels and content formats for sales collateral to support customers, sellers, and sales management
  • introduce new tools and improve processes by implementing necessary technology, including sales enablement technology as well as CRM and CMS systems with the operations team, and provide ongoing training to help save time and improve efficiencies. You will also carry out performance analyses of sales enablement processes by tracking the content, resource, and tool usage, sales enablement metrics, KPIs, and performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps in the sales team
We are looking for candidates that...
  • have a Degree in Business and/or Marketing
  • have at least 2-3 years of experience in a role in which they have created marketing material, worked in conjunction with a sales team, and took ownership of their own projects/workstreams
  • work diligently, structured, and collaboratively with other team members or teams
  • have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as strong logical thinking
  • have an affinity to digital-/API-first solutions
  • are fluent in English and German on the level of a native speaker
  • have ticketing/entertainment industry or B2B SaaS experience (preferred)
