Your role

As a product manager at SYNAOS you inspire your empowered product team with your vision and discover what problem to solve next in order to build a product that our customers and users love and that drives our business.

Your mission

• You give guidance to your team based on our product strategy and deep knowledge of the intralogistics industry, market and our competitors
• Clear understanding of customer needs and the daily challenges of our users
• You make sure to build the right solutions by focusing on measurable outcomes
• Maximizing the effectiveness of our product development effort by aligning your prioritization with other product teams
• You ensure the success of upcoming projects by managing external and internal stakeholders

Your profile

• You have ideally already professional experience as a product manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You work result-oriented and focused
• Enthusiastic team orientation
• German and English business fluent
