Test Engineering Manager, INGOLSTADT


Intellias is looking for a skilled Manager with a solid background in Test engineering especially in automotive field testing, to be responsible for:



  1. The extension of new business

  2. Maintaining existing projects

  3. Ensuring the quality of services

  4. Supporting/resolving blockers or impediments that teams may face

  5. Daily-basis onsite support stakeholders


Highlighting Intellias capabilities in the automotive segment for the client. Candidate should be ready for short business trips across Europe from time to time.


Requirements:



  1. Project/delivery management experience

  2. Experience in management of teams (15+ people) and people management

  3. Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, software engineering practices, and improving team velocity

  4. Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies

  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to lead a discussion in a structured manner

  6. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

  7. Ability to understand and dig into technical issues

  8. Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented, and quick thinker-doer

  9. Fluent knowledge of German and English languages (must)

  10. Experience with Automotive projects (must)

  11. Technical background: experience working as a test engineer in commercial projects

  12. Work permit in Germany or EU citizenship


Nice to have:


Practical experience or knowledge of ASPICE


Responsibilities:



  1. Management of delivery activities for multiple projects and teams: project governance, project planning, progress tracking, impediment resolution, project reporting, risk and problem management, etc.

  2. Single point of contact for multiple stakeholders: customer representatives (different departments) and other vendors, communication management

  3. Ensure efficient communication between customers/vendors and project teams, participation in technical discussions, and conveying technical details to team members working remotely

  4. Team management: building of new teams from scratch and development of existing teams

  5. Talent management: staffing, onboarding, developing, motivating and retaining

  6. Definition, establishment, and continuous improvement of processes

  7. Support in Sales, Marketing & Account Management
