About the Role

As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will provide high-quality customer support in Dutch and English, helping customers resolve their inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll work in a collaborative international environment where communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction are key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet quality and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent or native-level Dutch.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work in an international environment.
  • Candidates relocating from abroad must be available in Athens at least 7 days before the start date to complete the hiring process.

Salary & Benefits

  • Gross Monthly Salary: €1,500

Relocation Support

Candidates relocating from abroad will receive:

  • 3 weeks of hotel accommodation close to the office.
  • Flight reimbursement of up to €300 gross with the first salary payment.
  • Assistance with hiring documentation and administrative procedures.
  • Accommodation during the training period may be available for candidates who are not currently based in Athens.

Working Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Sunday.
  • Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 00:00.
