We are looking for a passionate Bike Mechanic to join their largest refurbishment center, located in Stuttgart, where e-bikes are brought back to life with care, precision, and top-tier tools. Whether you’re an experienced bike mechanic or a rising talent with a strong technical mindset, this role offers real growth potential and hands-on experience with a wide range of e-bikes—from city models to cargo and mountain bikes. As a Bike Mechanic, you’ll be responsible for the complete repair and refurbishment of e-bikes, ensuring each one meets the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. You’ll work with a dedicated and skilled team in a fully equipped workshop using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment.
What you will do
- Independently perform inspection, troubleshooting, spare parts selection, repair, and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes. Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in-house fleet. Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality. Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.
What we are looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics (2+ years for Senior
- Mechanic). Solid knowledge of electric bikes, their components, and diagnostic tools. Passion for quality, efficiency, and hands-on technical problem-solving. Comfort working independently and as part of a close-knit team. Fluency in English is mandatory (C1), German is a plus

Relocation support
can be relocators, support to be decided case by case. EU nationals only Notes: Recruitment: All mechanics need to go through a on-site Trial (of ~2h) where they will have an ebike to repair (they will be evaluated based on capacity of finding the problems and repairing them). If they are abroad, first a virtual session will be organized our client
