To support our expanding operations and drive future strategic initiatives, we are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant and Project Manager to work directly alongside our CEO.

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities

In this dual-impact position, you will bridge high-level corporate strategy with operational execution, taking full ownership of critical, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.

  • Strategic Execution: Lead end-to-end organizational projects, encompassing analytical research, concept formulation, execution, and full rollout.
  • Executive Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, delivering data-backed insights to assist in both strategic and day-to-day decision-making.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Align internal departments to guarantee project initiatives are executed on schedule and within resource allocations.
  • Executive Communications: Draft high-level presentations, performance reports, and briefing materials for executive and external stakeholders.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project metrics, identify potential roadblocks early, and implement corrective measures proactively.
  • Central Liaison: Act as the primary communication hub connecting the CEO with functional department heads.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine internal organizational workflows to boost operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Language Mastery: Fluent German skills (C2 Level) and professional business English (C1 Level, both written and spoken).
  • Advanced Education: Master's degree (M.A., M.Sc., MBA, or equivalent) in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Professional Background: At least 3 years of hands-on experience (within a broader 2–6 year career span) in management consulting, venture capital, digital health, or software technology environments.
  • Project & Analytical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in project management methodology alongside strong quantitative and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
  • On-Site Commitment: 100% readiness to work on-site at our Eggenfelden location, along with availability for occasional travel.
  • Personal Attributes: High autonomy, solution-oriented mindset, exceptional communication skills, curiosity, energy, and an unyielding commitment to quality.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior exposure as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Strategic Project Lead.
  • Practical experience working with CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO quality management and certification frameworks.

Non-Negotiable Criteria

  • Lack of C2-level German fluency.
  • Inability or unwillingness to commit to a full-time, 100% on-site working model in Eggenfelden.
  • Having less than 2 years or more than 6 years of total professional work experience.
