What You'll Do

• Player Assistance: Provide friendly, efficient support to players via chat and email in both German and English.
• Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues, account queries, in-game purchases, and gameplay troubleshooting.
• Community Engagement: Foster a safe, fun, and high-quality environment for players around the globe.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to optimize support workflows during comprehensive on-site training.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Work Preference: Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with shift work (24/7 rotational schedule, Monday–Sunday).
• Passions & Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a genuine passion for gaming and player experience.

Compensation & Package

• Gross Salary: €1,585.00 per month
• Welcome Bonus: €1,500 bonus for start dates in July or August
• Relocation Package (for candidates moving to Bulgaria):
  • Relocation Bonus: €1,500 Gross paid in 2 installments to help cover moving and initial rent expenses.
  • Accommodation: 21 days of company-provided housing upon arrival.
  • Housing Assistance: Dedicated help finding long-term rental accommodation.

• Working Model: 100% On-site (Sofia, Bulgaria)
• Schedule: 24/7 rotational shifts (Monday through Sunday, covering full 00:00–00:00 operational hours)
• Training: Full company-provided on-site training included to set you up for success.
