About the Location:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer support in German and English
• Ensure high-quality, accurate, and timely service delivery
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction

What You Bring:

• Mandatory 1 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the travel industry
• Mandatory High School diploma (12th grade or equivalent)
• Proficiency in English at a business level (C1), with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently
• Excellent communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
• Fluent/native-level German

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Compensation & Benefits:

• Gross salary: €1,100/month (paid over 14 months)
• Attendance bonus: €100/month (paid over 11 months)
• Meal allowance: €7.63 per working day

Relocation:
Not provided. Candidates should already be based in Portugal or be able to relocate to Porto at their own expense.
