Job Title: Construction Manager – HVAC / Plumbing / Sanitation (m/f/d)

Core Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Site Supervision & Direct Management: Take complete, independent ownership of planning, organizing, and monitoring all day-to-day on-site operational workflows for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installations in the Augsburg area.
  
• Workforce & Subcontractor Leadership: Direct, schedule, and lead internal installation teams (ranging from 3 to more than 15 workers on-site) while actively supervising external subcontractors and specialty trade partners.
  
• Execution & Compliance Control: Guarantee strict adherence to quality standard specifications, project timelines, milestone deadlines, and predetermined project budget parameters.
  
• Project Documentation & Written Recordkeeping: Maintain exhaustive, audit-proof site documentation, daily progress reports, and all formal project-related correspondence.
  
• Change Order Management (Nachtragsmanagement): Systematically identify, evaluate, prepare, negotiate, and track extra-contractual scope adjustments and formal change order requests.
  
• Commercial Project Support: Assist the commercial team in project accounting by performing accurate site measurements (Aufmaß) and preparing billing records for completed installation work.
  
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal Project Managers, Procurement specialists, Estimators, and Accounting personnel to ensure smooth, uninterrupted site operations.
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications (Must-Haves):

• Education & Professional Credentials: Successfully completed master trade certification (Meister), technical degree (Techniker) in HVAC/TGA, or extensive practical experience serving as a Lead Senior Fitter (Obermonteur).
  
• Work Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven hands-on experience managing active job sites in the HVAC, plumbing, and building services sectors.
  
• Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated experience and genuine enthusiasm for directing, mentoring, and coordinating installation crews on live construction sites.
  
• Language Proficiency: Advanced, professional command of spoken and written German (C1 Level minimum).
  
• Licensing: Valid European Class B driver's license.
  
• IT Competencies: Strong operational proficiency using standard MS Office applications.
