German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor Relocate to Sofia

We're hiring German-speaking Customer Service Advisors open to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria for this Tech role.

You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Work model: On-Site.

Compensation: 1500.

Start date: 14/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Welcome bonus paid after 3rd/6th month, EU-eligible only.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

You can expect thorough initial training, continuous coaching from your team lead, and a clear path for career progression over time.
