About the Mission & Culture
We are a growing renewable energy trading firm dedicated to driving the global clean energy transition. By sourcing, transporting, and supplying sustainable, waste-derived feedstocks for biofuel production (such as biodiesel, HVO, and biogas), we help our international partners significantly cut carbon emissions and foster a circular economy.
Certified under European environmental standards (ISCC / REDcert), our culture is built on operational reliability, deep market insight, and mutual trust. We operate in a collaborative, tightly knit team environment where every employee plays a hands-on role in shaping our supply chain processes and long-term expansion.
Primary Role Responsibilities
- Transport Management: Direct international road and sea shipments across Europe and global markets, overseeing end-to-end operational workflows.
- Partner Alignment: Brief and manage external freight forwarders, carriers, and service providers to guarantee on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Cost & Rate Negotiation: Secure competitive freight pricing, monitor operational expenses, and proactively prevent auxiliary costs like demurrage, storage, or tank-cleaning surcharges.
- Data Management: Input, track, and maintain accurate shipment milestones in internal system databases to provide visibility across trading, finance, and warehouse operations.
- Trade Documentation: Verify customs paperwork, shipping files, and compliance declarations to align with international transport regulations.
- Continuous Optimization: Suggest actionable ways to enhance internal workflows and logistics tracking systems.
