About the Role Our organization is currently searching for a committed and methodical Transport Logistics Dispatcher (m/f/d) to strengthen a dynamic, expanding company focused on renewable energy. Within this capacity, you will hold an essential position in fostering the worldwide energy transition by supervising and orchestrating sustainable international freight movements. Working hand-in-hand with an experienced, collaborative group stationed in Coesfeld, you will guarantee that eco-conscious raw materials are delivered safely, punctually, and seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transport Execution: Arrange international road and maritime deliveries for sustainable bio-materials, moving goods from origin suppliers to customers throughout the EU.
  • Partner Coordination: Liaise with and brief freight forwarders and transport partners, making sure pickups and drops happen right on schedule.
  • Cost Management: Negotiate shipping rates, monitor transit expenditures, and work to avert expensive standstill or cleaning fees.
  • Tracking & Documentation: Ensure shipping records remain accurate in our enterprise systems while tracking cargo milestones in real time.
  • Compliance & Customs: Compile and inspect logistics and customs paperwork to secure complete legal and regulatory alignment.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Provide clear, daily updates regarding scheduled shipments to our Trading, Accounting, and Warehouse divisions.
  • Process Improvement: Detect operational bottlenecks and propose targeted optimization strategies for internal logistics workflows.

Ideal Candidate Profile Must-Haves:

  • Language Proficiency: C1-level fluency in German and B2-level proficiency in English.
  • Skills & Attributes: High precision, excellent organizational capabilities, solid numerical aptitude, and financial mindfulness.
  • Work Style: Prepared to work predominantly on-site in Coesfeld while maintaining composure and handling routine dispatch pressures with ease.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A completed vocational qualification as a freight forwarding clerk (Speditionskaufmann/-frau), a university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (BWL)—or a true passion for the supply chain field.
  • Prior working experience in transport coordination or freight forwarding.
  • Familiarity with EU import routines and customs paperwork.
