About the Role
We're looking for an IT Administrator to manage and further develop a modern hybrid IT environment. You'll work with Windows and Linux servers, virtualization technologies, Microsoft 365 services, networking, and cloud solutions while helping maintain a reliable and secure IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the company's hybrid IT infrastructure.
- Manage Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Maintain network, firewall, and VPN infrastructure.
- Implement and improve IT security measures.
- Manage backup, recovery, and monitoring solutions.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and system issues.
- Support continuous improvements across the IT environment.
Requirements
- You must already be living in Großköllnbach or the surrounding area.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- German proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Proxmox and container platforms such as Docker.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
Nice to Have
- Experience with monitoring, logging, or automation tools.
- Knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with Sophos Firewall or similar solutions.
- Familiarity with PKI and certificate management.
- Experience with SharePoint, Atlassian products, or similar collaboration tools.
