Polish-Speaking Content Moderator – Onsite in Lisbon Portugal
Are you a Polish-speaking professional interested in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, and online platform safety?
We are looking for a Polish-Speaking Content Moderator to join an international team in Lisbon and support the quality and safety of a leading global e-commerce platform.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Salary: €920 gross/month × 14 salaries
Welcome Bonus: €1,000 - paid in 12 monthly instalments
Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
Schedule: Full-time, 24/7 rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday, with 2 rotating days off
Accommodation Support: Private studio in a shared residential building available from day one, with a moderate monthly contribution deducted from the salary.
About the Role
As a Content Moderator, you will review content uploaded to an e-commerce platform and help maintain high standards of quality, safety, and policy compliance.
You will evaluate content according to established guidelines, make objective decisions based on policies and local market knowledge, and escalate cases when necessary.
Your Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate content uploaded to the platform
- Ensure content meets established quality and safety standards
- Apply platform policies and guidelines consistently
- Help ensure policy and legal compliance
- Review content within established service levels and quality standards
- Use local market knowledge to make informed and objective decisions
- Stay up to date with relevant e-commerce products, services, and platform standards
- Identify and escalate issues according to established procedures
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and high-quality online environment
