Position: Marketing Expert — Product Marketing (AI Agent Environments)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Design task briefs based on real product marketing experience, identifying key issues and decisions.
• Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
• Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong from weak responses.
• Review and evaluate AI agent attempts against established standards.
• Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience in product marketing, including launches and positioning.
• Comfortable with CRM tools like Salesforce, product analytics like Amplitude, and project trackers like Asana or Linear.
• Clear written reasoning to explain decision-making processes.

Preferred

• Experience building AI training environments, RL environments, or simulated case studies.
• Rubric Academy or Rubric Bootcamp certification.
