Job Description:
People Hive is supporting a client in the search for SAP HCM Consultants at Junior, Mid-Level and Senior levels to help customers optimize and develop their SAP Human Capital Management systems.
The role involves working with core HR processes and SAP HCM modules, implementing effective technical solutions and gaining exposure to modern cloud-based HR technologies, with meaningful client projects across multiple locations in Germany.
Critical Requirements
- German proficiency at C1 level (mandatory)
- Junior level: 0–2 years of experience with SAP HCM modules and an interest in developing consulting skills
- Mid-Level and Senior levels: strong practical SAP HCM experience, with senior candidates having at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Experience in key SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Personnel Time Management (PT) and Payroll (PY-DE)
- Willingness to travel within Germany up to approximately 20 percent
Important Requirements
- Knowledge of payroll schemas, cycles and related processes
- Familiarity with additional SAP HCM modules including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Development (PE), PKP, ESS/MSS and FITV
- Interest in cloud HR technologies such as SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll
- Basic ABAP development knowledge

About the Client
Our client is a well-established organization specializing in SAP solutions and human capital management consulting.
Location: Schwalbach, Duderstadt, Bad Sobernheim, Gmund, Dortmund and Hamburg, Germany
Languages required: German (C1, mandatory); English is a plus
Working arrangement: Hybrid
Employment: Full-time
Salary: €60,000–€120,000 gross per year
