Role Overview

We are seeking a mid-level to senior Social Media Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in personal branding and short-form content creation to manage and scale creator accounts across Instagram and TikTok. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive content strategies, producing high-engagement video assets, overseeing paid advertising campaigns, and leveraging performance analytics to maximize reach and virality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute tailored social media strategies for multiple creators.

• Manage content calendars, script development, and ideation processes.

• Produce and edit high-impact Instagram Reels and TikTok content.

• Oversee and optimize paid campaigns via Meta Ads / Facebook Business Manager.

• Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and improvements.

• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to boost audience engagement and organic growth.

• Collaborate effectively with marketing leadership and external partners.

• Ensure consistent and professional brand representation across all platforms.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in social media marketing.

• Proven track record of managing personal brands or creator accounts (mandatory).

• Expert knowledge of Instagram and TikTok platform dynamics.

• Proficient in creating and editing short-form video content.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads / Facebook Business Manager.

• Strong analytical ability to track trends and drive viral performance.

• Fluency in English (C1 level or higher); German proficiency is required for specific vacancies.

• Highly motivated, creative, and results-oriented professional.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed team environment.
