ABRS Support Engineer, KRAKÓW

Key Requirements:


  • Fluent English + German or Spanish (min C1)!

  • Proficiency in cloud computing, virtualization, and nested virtualization concepts

  • Ability to interpret logs and troubleshoot issues

  • Understanding of both cloud and on-premises network infrastructure

  • Experience with Azure Compute and Azure Storage, including provisioning and basic management

  • Familiarity with Linux fundamentals, including SSH and basic commands

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting backup and recovery processes, including data restoration

  • Knowledge of Azure Site Recovery and disaster recovery best practices

  • Familiarity with Azure Active Directory(Entra ID) and role-based access control (RBAC)

  • Bonus: Experience with virtual machine backup and recovery, understanding of SQL and SAP HANA cross-region scenarios, and familiarity with Azure File Shares

  • Bonus: Prior experience in a customer support role within the IT industry

  • Bonus: Proficiency in writing PowerShell scripts

Time of operation:
This team will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster.



We need ABRS Support Engineer who is passionate in research and provide solutions on Azure backup and recovery services. Should have good programming logic and problem-solving skills. Respond and analyze complex queries of technical and functional nature not in routine and require deviation from standard procedures.
