Accountant, LUBLIN

Our customer is the leader in modern business solutions. We're looking for an experienced Accountant who will be responsible for assigned tasks within two European legal entities (Poland and Germany).

Project information:

• Type of project: Accountancy


• Location: Warszawa/remotely (up to 2 visits per month) 


• Working hours: Mon-Fr, 8 hours per day (flexible working hours)


• Languages: English & Polish


• Type of employment: contract of employment


• Remuneration: 9 000 - 11 000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Performing assigned General Ledger activities


• Preparing monthly recons of balance sheet accounts


• Preparing tax reports (including VAT and Intrastat)


• Calculating accruals


• Supporting Senior Accountant within the month-end closings


• Contacting with control institutions, tax administration, external and internal auditors and others


• Cooperating with business and external providers

Requirements:

• Experience in full accounting/General Ledger area 


• Master's degree in finance, accounting or similar field


• Proficiency in English and Polish (German language will be a strong asset)


• Great skills in Excel 


• Knowledge of SAP


• Attention to details & problem-solving skills
