Customer Service Specialist with Czech, WARSZAWA

For one of our Clients, we are currently looking for:

• Providing costumer support in Czech


• Contact with customers via chat, e-mails (90%) and phone (10%)


• Solving customer problems related to sports (mainly football)


• Working with basic office tools


• Building positive relationships with customers

• Very good knowledge of Czech and English (min.B2)


• Openness to working in shifts


• Availability to work min. 150h/month

• Salary - 50 PLN gross/h!
