Customer Support Specialist with German w TopTalents, KOŁOBRZEG

For our client, we are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Support Specialist with German.

Your responsibilities:

  • Daily contact with the customer by telephone and mail
  • Travel consultancy through system
  • Assisting travelers during unexpected travel difficulties
  • After-sales service of customer inquiries, e.g. cancellations, complaints
  • Introducing process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the customer service area
  • Fluent knowledge of German (min. C1)
  • English min. B2
  • University degree (bachelor/master)
  • Three-shift work: Weekdays: 6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00, Weekends: 9:00-17:00 or 10:00-18:00
  • Two working weekends per month
