Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Conducting matching and linking activities between different datasets.
• Ensuring the secure transfer of data from its sources to designated destinations.
• Managing end-to-end delivery of projects, including establishing performance metrics, creating data models based on various sources, adhering to standards and business requirements, and performing tasks such as data discovery, cleaning, transformation, metrics calculation, aggregation, and validation.
• Utilizing data tools to integrate data across diverse databases, systems, and platforms.
• Developing intricate reporting solutions within the Google Cloud environment, utilizing technologies like Python, TSQL, and others.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and business partners to comprehend requirements and process logic, actively participating in problem-solving, and facilitating cooperation among all involved teams.
• Identifying opportunities for internal process enhancements.
• Recognizing and managing risks and process impediments within the scope of responsibility.
• Documenting processes through the creation of roadmaps, process descriptions, and other relevant documentation.
• Leading assigned projects, including facilitating discussions and monitoring progress.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrable experience in a data-related role, such as SQL developer, data analysis, architecture, reporting specialist, data management, or modeling, with hands-on technical experience using associated technologies.
• Preferably, experience with Google Cloud Platform Products, particularly BigQuery and Data Studio, would be advantageous.
• Upper intermediate understanding of SQL programming and relational database systems.
• Experience in preparing business reports and dashboards.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Ability in data visualization and dashboard design would be a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with experience using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Understanding of the banking/financial services industry and/or shared services organizations.
• Experience in business analysis, solution design, change management, implementation, or consulting activities.
