Czym będziesz się zajmować?

We are building a highly innovative AutoML solution that automates the Machine Learning pipeline.

You’ll be working for a Silicon Valley startup that grows fast and never lets you get bored.

Role:

• Work directly with customers to define business problems as well as architect/develop solutions centered around our products
• Be a trusted advisor to our customers, providing consultations on the best practices of data science and related technology fields. Advise customers in new use case discovery and the expansion of our footprint in customer’s analytics landscape. Responsible for the continued success of our customers with our products
• Collect customer feedback and work with product/engineering teams to incorporate them into the product development process, while addressing customer requests in a strategic manner
• Conduct benchmarking analysis using open source datasets and explore new techniques for product improvement. This includes new algorithms, new data processing techniques, new feature engineering methods, etc. Build demos/prototypes if needed to accelerate the adoption of new features
• Work closely with the sales team on enhancing our visibility within customer organization, and enabling potential cross sale/up sale opportunities

Kogo poszukujemy?

Requirements:

• 3+ years professional experience building data science-driven solutions including data processing, feature engineering/selection, model training/tuning, and post-deployment validation
• Strong knowledge of data analytics and machine learning, and familiarity with common use cases across different industries
• Strong hands-on coding skills (preferably in Python) and familiarity with SQL
• Strong communication and presentation skills, and passionate about evangelizing data science solutions to broader teams on the customer side and driving business impact
• BS/BA Degree in Math, Engineering, CS or another Quantitative field

Nice to have:

• 5 years of professional experience working in a customer facing role
• Familiarity with Hadoop, Spark, AWS and related Big Data Technologies
• Experience building data pipelines
• Expert domain knowledge with a specific industry, e.g., financial services, insurance, etc

For employees from Warsaw:

• Hybrid work, with minimum of 2 days a week in the office

For employees outside of Warsaw:

• 2-4 week onboarding in Warsaw (transport and hotel paid by company)
• then monthly visits for 2-4 days in Warsaw (transport and hotel paid by company)
• after 6 months of cooperation, it will be possible to work 100% remotely
