Responsibilities:
- supervision of the entrusted contract (mainly cubature facilities),
- control and coordination of electrical/technical works,
- supervision of employees and subcontractors,
- assistance in establishing and analysing the schedule and monitoring the progress of works,
- cooperation with Site Managers and Works Managers
- maintaining documentation,
- supervising the management of materials and equipment during the construction process.
Expectations:
- directional education,
- experience in a similar position in the construction/electrical/technical sector,
- ability to analyse technical designs,
- knowledge of AutoCad software,
- ability to prepare offers, cost estimates, schedules,
- ability to plan and organise,
- category B driving licence,
- be available and be ready for business trips lasting several days,
- knowledge of German/English would be an advantage.
