    • We look for a Recruitment Specialist who speaks both Polish & English - very well. 


    You will work in one of the three offices of The Adecco Group in Krakow.

    ,[You will work as an "inhouse" international recruiters with responsibility for leading recruitment and onboarding processes from A-Z according to well-established standards where quality and the, candidate experience dominate the process. Therefore, you should already have experience with the, full recruitment processes for at least 1 year. Previous recruitment knowledge within Construction,, Industry, Production is preferred as well as knowledge of the market situation within this area. We, work with an international environment, so knowledge of English or Norwegian is a requirement. You, also need very good IT skills with experience with careerpages and social media., In addition to having the main focus on recruitment and onboarding, you will be a contributor to, other tasks related to HR and employer branding depending on capacity. Thorough training will be, given in systems that are needed in the work.
