Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• research, evaluate, architect and deploy new tools, frameworks, and patterns to build sustainable software solutions,
• stay on top with latest technologies,
• share knowledge and know-how of software best practices inside and outside of the team,
• lead the team (around 30% of time), as well as work independently toward assigned goals,
• oversee day-to-day operation,
• set and monitor team performance,
• discover training needs and provide coaching,
• listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts,
• recognize high performance and reward accomplishments,
• motivate team members,
• encourage creativity and risk-taking,
• suggest and organize team building activities.

Kogo poszukujemy?

• proficient in Java with a strong background in developing backend services using the Spring framework,
• skilled in working with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or ElasticSearch,
• proficient in using ORM tools like EntityFramework, nHibernate, and Hibernate,
• experienced in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including tools like Jenkins, Team City, Octopus, Azure DevOps, and CircleCI,
• knowledge of Cloud environments (Azure OR AWS OR Google Cloud),
• adaptable to Agile development methodologies.
