    ,[searching for candidates both in local and international market with usage of networking tools (Boolean Search, Direct Search), guiding candidates through the sourcing process, selecting and delivering candidates to open roles, planning and rescheduling interviews, conducting initial screening of candidates by telephone or online meeting, taking care of candidates if interviews take place in the office, working closely with recruiters, taking care of the candidate's experience throughout the process, working from the office for at least 2-3 days, taking care of the recruiting process (we are open to suggestions to improve the candidate experience), In addition, you will also:, use available company tools, including eRecruiter ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiBob., work with recruitment data, involvement in the life of the company and the opportunity to participate in additional strategic projects, organizing initial occupational health and safety training in cooperation with the Occupational Health and Safety Inspector ] Requirements: Communication skills Additionally: Sport subscription, Training budget, Private healthcare, Lunch card, Small teams, International projects, Free coffee, Canteen, Bike parking, Playroom, In-house trainings, In-house hack days, Modern office, Startup atmosphere, No dress code.
