Qualifications:
- Experience in FMCG sector, especially in account management.
- Knowledge of the Polish market and consumer behavior.
- Strong sales and business development background in the Western European Markets (at least 4 years)
- Strong communication in Polish and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and ethical commitment.
- Determination to create best-in-class sales processes, achieve goals, enter new markets, and target new customers and partners.
- Ability to travel internationally
- Curiosity to explore new ways to deliver value to customers.

Imperia Holding, a prominent FMCG distributor in Ukraine, is entering the Polish market.
We seek a Key Account Manager for our Warsaw office. This role involves managing key accounts, driving sales, and adapting strategies to the dynamic FMCG sector in Poland. We want to introduce well-known Korean brands and brands of our own production to the market of Poland and Europe.
About work:
- Work format - office/hybrid
- Currently, office lease documents are being signed.
- There is a business development team in Poland, as well as a team in Ukraine.
- Direct reporting to the CEO of Imperia Holding (Kyiv/Ukraine).
