Qualifications:


  • Experience in FMCG sector, especially in account management. 

  • Knowledge of the Polish market and consumer behavior. 

  • Strong sales and business development background in the Western European Markets (at least 4 years) 

  • Strong communication in Polish and English. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Problem-solving and ethical commitment. 

  • Determination to create best-in-class sales processes, achieve goals, enter new markets, and target new customers and partners. 

  • Ability to travel internationally 

  • Curiosity to explore new ways to deliver value to customers.

We seek a Key Account Manager for our Warsaw office. This role involves managing key accounts, driving sales, and adapting strategies to the dynamic FMCG sector in Poland. We want to introduce well-known Korean brands and brands of our own production to the market of Poland and Europe.

  • Currently, office lease documents are being signed.

  • There is a business development team in Poland, as well as a team in Ukraine.

  • Direct reporting to the CEO of Imperia Holding (Kyiv/Ukraine).
